Even for casula listening, I would cautio against a $50 ADC. These are even more difficult to select than dacs.

Sasha, the Wadia is OK but not great. You can do well with one of the demo boards by AD etc. But chose your analog buffers and digital transmitter carefully and appreciate the need for dejittering. For this consider the WM8804 which is excellent although under hardware control, it will not work at 176.4k
