I bought a Paradisea + USB DAC from the link below and it is quite good. He also has solid state NOS DAC's. I ordered it direct and had it in Florida in 4 days. You can read some reviews on the net. They are quite tweakable too. The opamp is socketed for easy changes. There is a 70+ page thread on Audio Circle. As usual YMMV.
