Digital Drive

Hi all, can anyone recommend a good non-oversampling DAC with a valve output stage (not a valve buffer). I saw the audio note 1.1 and 2.2 but they are kind of expensive.

My main digital source is a heavily modified marantz cd-94mk2 which is transparent and lovely but I am looking for something with natural, warm and fuzzy midrange - doesnt matter about rolled off frequency extremes.
