Has a comparison of the MZ-M20 & PCM-D50 been done?

Has anyone done a head to head comparision of these 2 machines? I have a MZ-M200 and enjoy it quite a bit, but as always am looking for the next best thing. I've used the MZ-M200 to record ambient sounds and school Christmas concerts and has preformed admirably. Would my money be better spent on better mics for the MZ-M200, or to add the PCM-D50 to my kit.
