broken drawer on Rotel 975 cd player

I went to use my 975 cd player for the first time in a year since going to the computer. I hit the open button the display said open but the drawer was still in the machine. I figured it was stuck so I gently pried it out. The cd in the drawer looked fine the player plays fine but the drawer no longer works. Can these old players be fixed? Do parts still exist if needed? This is one of the reasons I abandoned cd players in the first place.
