I have a modded P-3A but none of the rest of the stuff you mention so take this with a grain of salt, but if you were interested in the DEQ2496, etc. I'd try it without the P-1A and without the GW labs jitter reducer. The P-1A is semi redundant with the DEQ2496, especially if you aren't using the room or speaker correction.

If you choose to use the GW the logical place is right before the P-3A (unless you are using the I2S connection from the P1 to the P3), but clearly you can easily try different places and use which ever one sounds the best to you.
