that's the DEQ2496! There's so much stuff the thing can do, its almost overwhelming. I dinked around with one for about 6 months and finally decided it was too much.
For one, I didn't like having to encode into digital and then decode out of digital for many functions with my tube amps. It might have been better if everything was done in the digital domain, I support.
Frankly, the compact user interface of push switches, buttons, knobs, and multiple-level menus was more than I wanted to work with. It might have been better if there was a PC-based piece of controller software that gave me everything on a screen.
It went fast on Craigslist......I've not replaced it in over 12 months and don't feel I need to.
None of this is to say that its a flawed piece of gear. It just didn't meet my needs.
