I was also wondering if the 10MHz RF reference clock (that the dCS Verona, and Esoteric clocks support) could actually have the potential to make an audible difference. That sort of led me to wonder why not a Word clock device that has the stability of a 10MHz reference clock in the first place.

That led to looking at Symmetricom and my posts etc.
