These look interesting, although expensive. http://www.colemanaudio.com/ Look for the SR5.1 MKII Surround Level Contoller. $1050 at Sweetwater.

It seems lately that people are like transformer based passive attenuators over resistor based. I don't know of a 6 channel one though.
