Ah upsampler pin repair advice

I am a music lover but a newcomer to the world of audio gadget. Please forgive me for totally naive questions. I recently got an Ah 4000 with upsampler through a reputable used audio site. When I unpacked the upsampler, I found that some pins were bent with different degree of severity , while some missing. I straightened up some bent pins and went ahead to listen the music. While I like the warmth of the sound, only one speaker could produce the sound. The vacuum tubes and cable connection are OK. I suspect that the sound problem is related to the pin damage. If this is the case, would anyone give advices on pin repair?
