Call our Customer Service Manager, Michael Wiedmaier at 303-442-7300 x223. It sounds like the transport has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Make sure you have the serial number when you call him. If there are any upgrades available for the unit, it would make sense to have that work done while it is back at the factory.
