Since it is a CD transport, then it almost certainly uses the proprietary (and now apparently obsolete) Muse codes. So your only two choices are:

1) Send it back to have the new decoding micros replaced so it can be used with a current Muse remote.

2) If you can borrow one of the old style remotes, you could "learn" the codes with a learning remote.
