It's a good enough player that upgrading from this unit will cost you deary.

A CDS2 is also a lovely unit but it's gonna be a disadvantage sited in a non-Naim system.

*I read somewhere in this forum audiophiles critize Wadia 861 sound given its range of price. And they highly appreciate NAIM CDS2 whose preowned price is little bit more than 861.*
They have a totally different presentation. Either you'd love Wadia and hate Naim or vice versa.
