upgrade to better cd transport?

I use a Bel Canto DAC2 connected to a Musical Fidelity A3 CD Player. I am looking to upgrade the MF to a better transport to use with the DAC2. Budget is about $2K and I was thinking about getting a used Mark Levinson, but I'd rather go new. And preferably purchase online.

Any advice for me? I am looking for solidity with an excellent digital output to connect to the DAC2.
