There are basically two ways in which to obtain an analog stereo audio feed from a TV broadcast:

1) Buy a set-top NICAM Stereo TV Tuner
2) Buy an el cheapo NICAM Stereo VCR (they're damn cheap these days)

Connect the L/R analog stereo audio outputs on the Tuner/VCR to L/R analog stereo audio inputs on the receiver, tune the Tuner/VCR to the same station as the TV and... Voila! Stereo audio via your HT system!
