pointing out to the associate that the warning on the very DD packaging states that the DD does not meet redbook standards.In my case, the DD did not work well in my Cary 303/300, as it was generating vinyl-like popping sounds during play.
I have since purchased the new Springsteen redbook CD from CD Plus in Canada. No more problems. I will never buy another DD again.
