I have asked this question to Stewart at A Sanctuary of Sound and Stewart told me that even though an Electraglide power cord could be fully broken in by a previous user, just the time of being out of the system and shipped to the new owner will make it necessarry for an extended "settling" in. Stewart told me as long as a week of continous play before it comes into its own,so the best might be yet to come for you. By the way, I asked Stewart why the "re-burn-in" time. He told me it was just the nature of Electraglides. We fellow audiophiles sure need to have a lot of patience, don't we? Enjoy!
