Cable Asylum

Hola. I own a pair of HCA-1000A amplifiers and a P/LD-1500 preamplifier from Parasound. The stock power cords are 18AWG and they don't look that good. My new house will use 20amp dedicated circuits and 20/15 amp(amp/sources) wall outlets. I need a recomendation on reasonably good cables costing less than $150 each.Also, do you think I should notice an improvement over the stock ones?
