I had nearly the exact same experience as you. I upgraded from cheap generic cords that shipped with my equipment, and both the Flavor 1 (amp) and Flavor 2 (CDP) made a significant improvement in my system.I forgot to mention when I posted last week that dealing with Chris was a sheer pleasure. He did an excellent job of setting expectations and then meeting them. Thumbs up on both the product and service!
