Second pair easier to complete since I knew what to expect. Used Cardas GRMO connectors instead of Deltrons for this pair and finished cables with polyester sheathing available from Michael Percy. The combination of black sheathing, the GRMOs, and heatshrink at cable ends definitely makes for a sexier looking product than yellow or pink teflon "nude" cables.Overall improvements with both sets of DIY cables continues to amaze - generally a level of detail and focus not previously available through Kimber PBJ. Midbass seems seems tighter and more tuneful too.
Overall, quite a nice product and well worth the time and modest $$ investment. Can't compare to the "big guys" as far as $$ value, but as I said in a previous post, if I paid $600 for the pair, I would be satisfied.
