They rock, don't they? I'm still breaking mine in. They'll get worse-sounding for a little while but will settle down more after about 72 hours, then just get better and better. I heard differences in many areas, including initial attack, decay, overall frequency balance, separation of soundstage and instruments and high-end clarity. Not a lot in the way of a "blacker" background, but that may have to do with my front end.

I think I have about 100 hours on mine. Overall I'd say these are a much, much greater improvement to my system than the CAT5 cables, although they are by no means slouchy. The silver cables are just the cat's meow. My only comparison to these would be a set of AQ Lapis I had and I'd say these are a level above those.

I wonder if I could get a thicker version of this wire and do some braiding... Hrm.
