ChrisVH DIY Silver IC and hum

After putting these ICs in my system, I am having a problem with a hum coming the speakers. Unplugging the cable tv wire from the wall eliminates the hum.
Would shielding the ICs eliminate the problem, or is there something I can do to the cable tv wire to fix the problem?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
