Now I am very disappointed. What i reported of the conversation is verbatim and true. The line did not go dead. I did not say "yeah or right". I was met with a very angry, sarcastic voice. This account is simply not true. I got a call at 8pm for God's sake...... Draw your own conclusions.How did she get my name? Well, I am sure customers of her read this web and called, and she doesn't have that many cables on loan and she knew my system.
All I know is that virtually every other company treated me much differently, and none called me at 8pm. My take on this company is no one is as smart as them who is making cables.... or evaluating.
Life is too short for this..... your mileage may vary.
