I don't know what you plan to plug into it but it filters three parts of the noise spectrum so its versatile. If you need a whole system filter and you arent drawing tons of current this is nice. Only comes with a 14 gauge power cord and I know of a couple of people who said improving that cable helped. I've never really heard anyone complain about BC or their gear.
