I really appreciate the info. I like the cable glands because no grommet is needed. The other plastic clamp is good but I already have two .950 diameter holes, in the back panel, that the cables will go through. Either option is better than me making what was shown in my sketch. A couple of large diameter nylon washer with either of the plastic clamps will work.
