Mogami 2549. I bought single ended interconnects (with eichmann style connectors) and a balanced version, from a local pro-audio cable maker... cost about AU$60 for the single ended and about AU$70 for the XLR... assembled (both cables types were 2 metre lengths)
For speaker cable, I've had success with Mogami 3082 and I now use Mogami 3103...
I'm sure you could get a local pro-audio place to make up something similar and for less money than we pay here in Australia...
