I'd never even heard of Cabledyne before your post, but after looking at their web page, I'm impressed -- devoid of BS and Twilight Zone marketing claims. My experience with power cords (and this is just my experience, so take it FWIW) is that the main improvements come from the materials and the construction quality/technique. The particular geometry used and any "add-ins" (ie: Shunyata's FeSi, Synergistics Quantum Tunneling, etc) can make a difference, but they are incremental over the initial parameters. Cabledyne has a lot of the stuff that have been incorporated into power cables I've had the best success with (single crystal unplated wire, foamed dielectric, solderless connections, etc).
Sorry I can't relay any direct experience, but if I was in the market for a power cord, I'd quite likely order one of theirs and give it a try. Hard to lose with full return privileges, and I don't think the improvements you're looking for are beyond the reach of a power cord, depending of course on the degree of improvement you're looking for.
