I appreciate the response. After living with this combo for 2 days I really like the sound. It's fuller bodied and more dynamic as opposed to the FI-11CU male/FI-11AG IEC combo, BUT (always a but isn't there?) I'm going to try to swap a FI-28G IEC on to the original cord so it will be a FI-11CU male/FI-28G IEC as some of my "go to" tracks sound the tiniest bit recessed/rolled off if you will. I hope this combo will "hit the nail on the head" so to speak. I'll let you know.
