What I am looking for is a 3.5mm headphone jack to two RCA phono type connectors

BUT

the phono connectors are ALSO 3.5mm female jacks

The lead I am looking for works as BOTH:

1. 3.5mm stereo jack to left and right mono RCA phono sockets
2. 3.5mm stereo jack to two 3.5mm stereo female sockets (y splitter)

I've attached a photo as I know this is a strange lead... I have never seen another one like it, but it has been so useful I would really love a few more.
