Cable Suggestion

Firstly, I'd just like to say that I'm a complete noob but I'll ensure to give you as much detail as I can while keeping it relatively concise.

Essentially, what I'm trying to do is send the audio from events at my office in London to other offices with a conference call. In these events, there is a person mic'd up in London and I'm trying to connect the audio from the mic directly into the call by plugging it into the headphone jack of a phone. I've included a picture of the AV box we have in the event space.

I actually managed to do it in a different office which has a different system using a splitter which had 1 TRRS male and 2 TRS female, to trick the phone into accepting the audio as an input. This didn't end up working in our actual office, however.

Apparently, the reason is because the audio out is Powered, so it doesn't work when it's connected to the phone and could, in fact, damage it.

Is there any cable I could use to connect the powered audio from the AV box directly into the phone for it to work and not damage it? Or am I just completely stupid for even thinking it's possible.

Thanks!
