DeKay, Thanks for the response. Someone on the net said Dennis put something like nail polish, something to prevent corrosion. There was some other stuff on the net about the possibility. A rep from Alpha Core (solder) said that both cu and Au do not pose a corrosion problem when combined with tin lead. Don't really know if it sounds better than 60 40 but my guess is that it does. He seems to have disappeared. Tweaker
