I ran a set of 4 pairs, in two quad spiral wrapped together with teflon and a pair of grounds over 35 feet from the kitchen 20 amp singleton up over the top and back down to the living area.
Been like that for over 4 years now, Great.
One quad pair to each duplex wall plug, to two separate dual gang duplex in freestanding metal boxes.
I bought the wire on eBay. Such wire comes and goes.. Recently it has been hard to find in long lengths. Some fool has bought all of it and cut it up into shorter lengths to resell.
