Interconnects, speaker wire, power cords. Ask the Cable Guys.

RE: I would keep

Don't skimp on the bi-wire jumpers. A high-performance bi-wire jumper is a worthy cost to consider.

A bi-wire jumper must provide synergy with the upstream speaker cable being jumped, and mate-well with the load of the high-pass or low-pass section. Choosing what goes where in terms of bridging from the high-posts, or bridging from the low posts, or staggering the jumpers between the polarities is a listener dependent issue. There is no correct way, or anything near a no-brainer claim as to what is the hands-down superior method. Your mileage may vary should be expected.

IME, there can be artful design aesthetics in terms of custom tuning purposes when building a high-performance set of bi-wire jumpers, just as much or perhaps even more ingenuity than building a high-performance speaker cable. Otherwise, a set of bi-wire jumpers that implement the same cable as the speaker cable is a simple option for listeners who don't wish to experiment with various wiring geometries and materials in order to hear what may sound best to their ear, in their own listening room environment.

The inevitable answer is, if higher performance is considered a better option than compromise, a loudspeaker featuring bi-wire inputs should be connected via a set of bi-wire speaker cables. As such, there is no need for an adapter, which is essentially the function of a bi-wire jumper. YMMV
