I would second the Triode Wire Labs recommendation. They are within your budget new which is cool.
They come cooked and you have 30 days to try them in your system and compare with what you have. If they do not float your boat send them back for a full refund. Your only out for a small postage fee.
I do not have any experience with the ones you listed so no help there.
