I know the nature of your Totem monitors, and I think I know what you describe as your personal goal, so I'll suggest a power cord that may fit your wants/needs.

You might consider an Acrolink 7N-P4020III terminated with the new Wattgate AU EVO gold AC connectors. I use the medium gauge (14 AWG) power cord configuration for a moderate output power amplifier with an array of nearfield monitors in my computer workstation, and find it presents outstanding focus and treble extension without sounding bright, with a midrange characteristic that suits the nature of a power amplifier very well when mated with small 2-way monitors. The only caveat is it does not present as big a bottom end as larger gauge power cords tend to provide, however larger gauge power cords if not designed or implemented well can involve caveats of their own, such as a bloated bottom end that masquerades as full-sounding bass, and/or dull-sounding treble energy with poor high frequency extension.

It's important to note that I use the Acrolink 7N-P4020III terminated with Wattgate AU EVO gold AC connectors in a system featuring a powered subwoofer, so a fast and well-articulated bottom end via the main loudspeakers integrates well with the subwoofer output and various settings, so a big bottom end is not what I seek from the small 2-way monitors within that particular system.
