I second the Straightwire recommendation for ICs.I believe it was the Serenade or Crescendo.
With that long a length of speaker cable,I would recommend going to HomeDepot.There is a orange/black or red/black extension cord (14ga) that is hard to beat for the price:$15/100'.
It is not the most revealing in the upper octaves,but very respectable.Experiment with directionality.Radically smoother,when oriented properly.
Another place to try is MONOPRICE.com
I've used their Premium XLRs which are very good for the cost-a nice slice of the audiophile attributes and no remorse when you move on.
