I don't know of any 4 outlet DIY power distributor chassis with built-in strain relief. You might consider making a DIY strain relief plate from ABS plastic sheet or such that can be screwed onto a DIY power distributor chassis IEC inlet opening in order to install a high quality strain relief bushing through it.
Here's the best price I found for a 4 outlet, narrow footprint, thick walled aluminum power distributor chassis for a DIY power distributor project:
