The Ultra Blacks are in the middle of Tellurium Q's offerings.
The Black Diamond is TOTL.
Below that is the Graphite and then falls the Ultra Black.
The Ultra Blacks sound execellent in my system and were an improvment over the Blacks. Fidelis allows trade ups throughout the line.
I've heard both the Graphite and Black Diamond, but not in my system. I've been offered demo units to try at home, but so far I've declined because I know that I would get addicted to them and they were not in my 2014 upgrade path. This coming year, who knows? I have found that the improvement in sound was not profound, but gradual from level to level.
My wife had her work XMAS party Friday night for the school she teaches at and it was right around the corner from Fidelis, so you can imagine where I spent my evening. I was told that Tellurium has come out with a new line of speaker cables (RCA, XLR,s, others?)called Silver. I will be givng those a try shortly as I understand that they fit just above the Ultra Blacks price point wise. 2015 is almost here afer all.
My 2015 plan thus far is to integrate Stillpoints beneath most of my gear and perhaps a Thorens TD-124 MkI build. We'll see if another cable change fits in as well.
