Here's a question from someone that knows next to nothing, even after 7 yrs. of college. If shielding is not needed, why not just dip the silver wire into a can of liquid rubber material? The flexibility of the wire than is not degraded. Or is this just a really stupid idea? I assume the material also comes in different colors. OK - I'm ready for the laughs.
