Good call, Sondek. The Oyaide PA-23 ZX was the first option on my premium power cord list to recommend for use with a plasma TV. I vaguely recall a good report about the PA-23 ZX for that particular application, and I built some DIY power cords with the bulk length Oyaide PA-23 cable terminated with Oyaide 079 AC connectors, one of which I use for the DAC in my computer system. The molded IEC connector of the Oyaide PA-23 ZX looks to have the same dimensions as a Schurter 4781.0100 IEC connector, which would be a good choice for other power cord options. Perhaps the OP will confirm whether or not the dimensions of the Schurter 4781.0100 IEC connector will fit his Samsung plasma TV, which might thus confirm possible use of a Oyaide PA-23 ZX power cord for his needs.
