Synergistic Research UEF ?

I auditioned the SR UEF tuning devices a couple of weeks ago and like what I heard but am disturbed about their marketing strategy and I have seen many long time customers ditch their SR cables because of it.

I'm surprised that they don't have some type of credits for their old bullets or giving the customer the opportunity to select the UEF that suits their system verses SR mandatory gray/silver selection. I can only imagine at some point that our wish may come true but at a higher price point due to the demand of a certain UEF tuning device.

Why can't we select the tuning devices to suit our needs? I already have several tuning devices in a box that I will never use... and if that's the case, my SR inventory will not go further than my Tungsten PC...
