IME, this is the lowest priced bang-for-the buck DIY option within your budget for low-current digital gear, and it's very easy to terminate. I would suggest that you don't select Supra AC connectors for a DIY build, since they are reported to not sound very good (with an especially bloated sounding bottom-end), while the 2.5 LoRad power cable responds very well to better sounding AC connectors, of which the inexpensive Valab AC connectors qualify for, IME:
