More capacitance where? Line Level ICs, ICs for Active or Passive preamp, Speaker Cable, for high or low output impedance source and what input impedance...
But in most of the cases it has no impact on the bass, it may, and I say may, have effect on the high frequencies. Look at the Goertz cables, they are all high capacitance and they have no issues with any part of the spectrum. With passive preamps, high capacitance is a killer.
