Duster, thanks. So 1) it is not mechanical but only soldering. 2) what you refer to as the Universal Speaker connector is I suppose what I am reading on their website as the Bus connector 3) the 17 strands in each lead - I suppose you mean that they should be properly stripped, but thereafter smoothly bunched along with the core wire and this whole bunch should be dipped into the solder bucket and soldered. Is this correct? thanks a ton.
