1. speaker
Interconnect may be more important but most people start here. It's nice to know your amp's not strangled, and besides, you get to see them. My biggest improvement came with speaker cables.
2. interconnect
This could arguably make the most difference due to the low-level of the signal.
3. mains
I am really very skeptical here. Miles of wire to your house, dirty grid, circuit breakers, wire nuts, etc., but that last 3ft somehow make a miraculous difference?
Caveat: A dedicated line can make a difference, depending on the quality of the wiring/circuits in your home, but this is due mainly to increased isolation and decreased line drop.
