I have used Kimber 4pr as my main speaker cables since 2002 and am looking for something better. My amp is a Denon PMA-2000ivr and it supports bi-wiring ( two sets of speaker connections one for the highs and one for the lows) so this is also an option as I can use my current Kimber wire for the woofer until I can afford something bettter. Or maybe id be better off just using one pair of extremely high quality wire and just replace the cheap jumpers instead of biwiring? My main is focus is getting rid of some slight peakiness I'm hearing with my system. The addition of the Denon helped greatly in this area, but im still hearing something I dont like and am now focusing on wires.
I listen to mostly rock music and my budget is about $150-$200 new or used is fine.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
