Cheap audiophile cables

I have the USB Monica DAC and Audioengine A2 powered speakers. I love them and I consider them both major bargains. What would you guys recommend in the way of an RCA cable, speaker wire, and possibly power cords for the powered speakers and DAC? They must be major bargains. :)

Right now I'm using the power cable that came with the speakers:

a Monster Cable RCA cable, the best speaker wire from cablesforless.com, and this power supply for the DAC:

How would you guys improve this on a very tight budget? Which would make the biggest difference?
