You may want to consider one of the new Synergistic Research active shielded PC's.

I am currently using a T3 on my REL Strata lll sub with VERY good results and a friend is currently using my Hologram A, which is pictured, to very good results as well on his Cary CD player.

I tried the Hologram A on my Pass Labs Aleph 3 and while it was a significant step up in soundstage performance from my modified WireWorld Electra lll, the bass was not as well defined but this may change after some time is put on the Hologram and I intend to revisit this combo in the near future after the PC is broken in.

Remember, you can try out PC's in your own system for 2 weeks from The Cable Co. which is THE best way to audition cables in one's system.
