thanks for the input. i see where partsconnexion.com has 28 gauge 5N solid silver wire in unbleached cotton ($2.50 per foot). i figure i can use this for my interconnects and the 26 gauge 4N solid silver wire in unbleached cotton from homegrownaudio.com for the speaker wire. what termination for the speaker wire would be the best? i was thinking of soldering the wire to spades, but due to it's thinness, i might just use it bare.
