I though you had said on tweaks you were going for VH type4.
now you say your gonna use type2 but with some odd idea for the ground wire - so it not a CVH type2 either.
Why would you think the capacitance of Type2 would be too high ?
type 4 would be double the capacitance but half the inductance.
But with-ever-what your building is who can say what the capacitance or inductance is going be or how the em fields will interact or how good or crap it will sound. Since its not a cvh recipe most will agree you on you own here.
